School's Out Support Accountability Association will provide a membership letter to each family and membership cards to each member. These are not legal documents. We recommend that parents file the membership letter as part of your personal school records, and to use membership cards to take advantage of discounts offered statewide by many different businesses.

In the event you, as a member, are questioned by the authorities regarding the legality of your homeschool, we will make ourselves available immediately. We will verify your current membership, review your records if requested, and help to organize your records. We are not lawyers, however, and cannot give legal counsel. We suggest you contact NHELD for all legal advice.
