I personally feel that a breakfast is a great way to get early nutrition into the system and prefer a variety of small frequent meals as opposed to large meals just a couple of times a day..... But the truth...? Does one method outweigh the other when it comes to weight loss? The answer unfortunately is no.... Total calories consumed has a far greater effect on weight loss than kick starting with breakfast or the frequency of ... meal times.... However when we are training we need to fuel our workouts so that we can train effectively and also get significant protein for muscular growth...... In that sense I believe then breakfast and frequent meals are important but just not necessarily for weight loss in the way we may previously have imagined or been told. Better to know the truth of that matter don't you think...???
