TUESDAY's goal was "food for the soul" - and local grocery store Rollin' Oats St. Pete always delivers! Not only could I stock up on some ... essentials, but I attended a FREE lecture on my newest fit goal - kicking the sugar habit.

Today's theme is "puppy love" - so that means I'll be heading to Zoe's favorite spot St PetersBARK to see our girl Krista Schmidt !
