Wedding dress, Liberty of London, ca. 1905. Cream silk satin w/low round neck & pendant girdle emulating medieval style. Sleeves of machine-made lace at gilet, which has high boned band collar. Collar & girdle embroidered w/formal floral trails in white satin stitch enhanced w/pearls & trimmed w/fringe. Pearls also trim edges of gilet & cuffs.
